there are two types of awards..
#1: the perfect poet award, weekly, 15 or so poets winners, every winner nominate one poet for next week.
#2: poetry awards, Jingle created 3 each week, she award freely to poets who mostly are participants…if your name is under the award, you get it. The decision come after she look at blogs and evaluate the poet’s performance in the past…you need not to worry or nominate …
only when you are notified of certain awards, then claim them.
otherwise, leave it.
some poets did nominate above, which is unnecessary, but they can do it and their opinions are taken into considerations.
