Hope

Too small for U. S. Cents,

Too rare to be in historical museum,

Too heavy to make sense,

Too abstract to dwell in the hands of the child.

.

A shooting star soars cross the sky,

A spark flashes through the squeezing rocks,

A lightening flies by,

A basket of wool to make warm socks.

.

All promises freeze like ice,

All greetings ring like bells.

All gamblers focus on the dice,

All smiles ripple under the spells.

.

Hides behind the time that flies,

Dances in the hands that knit ties.

Hope is like the invisible air,

It makes stirs everywhere….

Make The Pain Disappear!

Everyday, people suffer from all kinds of looses, losing a job is bad, losing a loved one is worse, and losing homes, job, and family members all at the same time is the worst nightmare one can never imagine. I am still in a shock about what happened to Haiti. Since natural disasters are unpredictable, unstoppable, and unbelievably powerful, we shall cherish what we have for today, and be happy, be positive, and give our loved ones encouragement, light, and comfort they deserve. Because nobody has control over tomorrow.

Again, this poem is written in providing hope to people all over the world who live under struggles, poverty, uneasy pains…

———————————————————————————————-

Survive the plight,

Turn around the situation,

Twilight in sight,

Turn on the Hope Station!

Overcome the hardships,

Get pass the fears.

Mend the broken relationships,

Shed No more tears.

Flee the shadows,

Wish for miracles to appear.

Conquer the sorrows,

Make The Pain Disappear!

———————————————————————————————-

Let’s cherish what we have for today, wish for the best for tomorrow, and

smile, study, send out messages, and shine our wisdom to make this world a better place!

Thank YOU! 🙂 🙂

Grandest wishes For You Tonight, Tomorrow, and For Good!

Becoming Homeless:

Jingle: https://jingleyanqiu.wordpress.com/2010/01/14/become-homeless/

It Is A Matter Of Attitude!

Facing the Divine,

Recall everything you have done:

Does it put your mind in ease

After you fight and win a hard case?

Does it make you a better being

When you choose to find happiness by getting even?

Does it fit the Goodness’ name

When you earn money and fame

By opting to accuse, hurt, or blame?

No,

I don’t think So!

You can keep rumors from spreading?

Or stop the stock-market from falling?

By being wise, nice, and loving!

You can choose to give instead of receive or gain

And build close bonds with those in pain

By helping, healing, and

Handing them the prizes you win!

It is a matter of attitude,

It has little to do with your aptitude.

No one shall live in vain, together, after

Passing the year of 2009,

We will try as best as we can

Not to live in vain

You Are Invincible

I:

Like the torch

In a moonless night,

You break the darkness, And

Guide me to the bright site.

Like the air

In the atmosphere,

You keep my dreams alive, by

Showing your support everywhere!

Like the rain

In early spring,

You give life’s meanings

To every living being!

II:

You are the reason

The bells jingle;

You are the reason

All stars twinkle;

You are the reason

The birds whistle;

You are the reason

All children giggle!

III:

Your words always ring true,

Your style is absolutely cool!

Your judgment is incredible,

You are invincible!

I know you care about your children, your parents, your spouse, your friends, and your life. You have been working hard to show the world that you do care, and you can make a difference in other people’s life. Thus, Believe it, You Are Invincible!

Find Out How Devine You Can Be!

If all the principals

At all of the schools

Could turn all their teachers

Into orchestra conductors,

Then all the students

In all of their classrooms

Would perform their pieces of art

Musically and cheerfully, with No Disasters!

If all the parents

In all of the households

Could express their concerns and worries

In humor and laughter,

Then all the children

From all over the world

Would succeed their studies, and

Live happily ever after!

Life is an illusion, only a person as wise as you, can lift the fogs that bar one’s view to see the truth.

Life is better lived because of your courage, providence, and penetrating insights. Not everything is meant to be a mystery, not everything is supposed to be difficult, nothing can be claimed until you conclude it is, you are the rule of the game, you can make a difference the way you can never image!

Stop torturing yourself! It solves No problems at all!

Stop doubting your ability! You can always learn and get it!

There is a good reason to all sadness, madness, and pains! You are not the only soul who feels trapped, wronged, misunderstood, misled, fallen, or hurt! Without darkness, there will be no joy of seeing the light of hope. Without struggles, there will be no discovery of genuine friendships, realizations, and inner strength.

You dream about adventurous life, you hunger for a land of plenty, you wait for a time of bliss! All these desires decide all the obstacles in your way.  And you are given opportunities to overcome these setbacks, detours, barriers, and sufferings! Once you have gone beyond the time and space, you become a better being!

Remain the course! You will be there! Your day will arrive! when you prevail, your names will be recorded in Heaven, and you will find out how divine you can be!

Magpie Tales

Math, Music, Hope, Drunk Driving, and More…

There are several counting songs published in contemporary America  for young children to learn number counting, in particular,  from one to ten. I have spent some time studying it! Today I have redone it and share the rephrased version to fit my themes of math, hope, poetry, and  natural and healthy living in this blog.  I hope that you enjoy it.

Singing-along this song is a good way to renew your energy, ponder about the funny side of math, and reduce road rages caused by drunk driving!

Counting Poetry (Part I):

1 2 3 4 5, you deserve to live a healthy life,

6 7 8 9 10, let your love erase all the pain.

Why do you always have hope?

Because YEAH is better than NOPE.

Why do you want to help me?

You will figure it out someday!

1 2 3 4 5, let’s learn how to survive,

6 7 8 9 10, keep going and you can win!

I am wondering how do you know?

Because it is true, I can tell!

Do I need to pay a fee?

Nope, that you learn your lessons is the key!

1 2 3 4 5, if drunk, don’t drive,

6 7 8 9 10, these are tips to follow, laws to learn!

Why are you mentioning this though?

Because it is important for you to know!

How does it make sense to me?

Since safety first, it is supposed to be!

(Stay Tuned,  Part II to be continued….)

I find this link is very helpful for advanced students, such as high school students or college freshman, to fine tune their skills in solving some mathematical problems.

Appreciating Fears

Everyone has fears!  Fears often knock at your door in an unexpected way. It may appear in a form you may not be able to recognize it. But it is there and is part of your feelings!

Some people quit and give up their dreams due to their fears of gossips, failures, stresses, and low self-esteem or low-self-confidence! While others find a way to deal with them.

It is important that you recognize fears and learn the ropes of handling them.

Believe me,  fear is manageable if you learn to embrace it, take it to your heart and study it, try to understand and appreciate it.

Fear will disappear if you grasp the art of living with it. You can turn fear into power inside, which keeps you from harm, reminds you of things that are important, and offers you access and tools to face the wounds and begin the healing!

Overcoming your own fears could involve some activities, such as talking, listening to other people’s experiences, reading, writing, visualizing, and mediating.

Please appreciate your fears, feel them and feel them completely. Enjoy the daybreak when the dawn eventually comes to an end. Smile widely and loudly to celebrate your triumph for successfully managing your fears!

There is nothing to be feared about if you face fears and find ways to settle them down!

To Forgive or Not To Forgive

Visualize in your head

All the conflicts you have to encounter,

And as the clock ticks,

You will believe with NO wonder,

The times when you have to struggle,

And the moments when you are lost

Are well worth the cost,

They keep your dreams alive

When you opt to forgive!

Gravity and Light are relative,

Wins and loses are temporary,

Issues and problems are resolvable,

Pains and wounds are curable,

And the rich and the poor are exchangeable.

Experiences and wealth can be gained,

Knowledge and skills can be learned.

Choose to forgive,

Your turn things around,

What a relief!
