# Life Is No Fun Without Z (Z Is 4 Z-Axis, N Is 4 No)

X-axis is lonely,

Y-axis is lovely;

When two of them form a right angle,

They have built a plane, solid like a triangle.

X-Y plane is strong but flat,

soon they begin to  dream of something more than that;

Z-axis is lonely,

XY-plane is lovely,

When three of them work together to form a family,

They constitute a beautiful space in geometry.

Thus, x-axis is cute,

xy-plane is cuter,

and xyz cubic space is the cutest.

please look at the graphs above,

Enjoy a good laugh!

Life is no fun without z,

you got to learn you a-b-c!

3. Beautiful mathematical poem and sure have learnt my a-b-c-‘s. You are so creative.

4. Oh my goodness, you have given me a headache…..but I love all those numbers I don’t understand…. Good way to say goodbye to this round.

5. Wow–that is cool, Jingle. And thanks for the geometry lesson on the side. 🙂

6. Ha…this brought back memories of stat classes…quite a clever post.

7. I love this experiment with Maths….Clever Jingle

8. Thanks Jingle, for the wonderful poem, and most of all the geometry lesson. I need that. It comes in very handy to understand and created incredible fractal art from scratch, which I can’t do at this point. I love your poem.

9. The geometry is beyond me, but the idea is perfect for Z day… lonely/lovely, cute/cuter/cutest …I like that.
So cute, and very acute of you.

How this geometry exist

1. This is pure geometry, I simply put it in a fun way…

I don’t think of anything else or did not intend to.
Thanks.

12. Love your geometry. It would be fun to learn that way while in school so imaginative. Lovely lonely axis..haha tQ ~;).

13. Mathematical Poem…Wonderful…when is the Poets rally beginning…I am in this week.

Bless!

15. Maybe if Mrs. Matlock taught geometry with rhymes, I’d pay attention some times!….

shush, don’t tell….

16. After I got over hyperventilating at the whole algebraic equation possibilities, I enjoyed your little poem.

Over 40 years have passed since high school Math and it still makes my palms sweat!

Thanks for a nifty (albeit slightly anxious) link to Alphabe-Thursday’s letter “N”!

Always wonderful to visit you!

A+

17. Very clever! reminds me of my classroom days!

19. This is too cute 🙂 I love how you made such a fun poem with math! Who knew that math can be so cute! I need to go send this to all my nerd friends now 🙂

20. A math poem! For me, that would be an oxymoron. But you’ve pulled it off splendidly!

=)

21. I am sure I left a comment!!! What a fun post and a wonderful exercise!
