a): If you have one entry, comment for 18 poets NEW from my lists, including the perfect poet award winners, participants, or fresh poets to explore…
b): If you want to submit 2 poems to Poets Rally week 30, commenting for 30 poets NEW to you is required
c): If you submit 3 poems for Poets Rally, commenting for 40 poets New to you is required.
