When You Have Been Wounded By Loss

When you have been wounded by loss,

What are you supposed to do?

Toughen up,

Or move on with softened heart?

Toughness breeds bitterness,

Bitterness produces indifference,

Or ignorance.

Armoring yourself leads to gross

Sameness.

Thus,

Suffering is unbearable,

But it stretches your capacity of love.

Keep love

Alive

With softened heart,

You are brave in daring to love

And raise above.

With love remaining to you,

With love from the Divine being lasting and true,

Loss is absorbed

And loss is transformed into deeper love.
