Flash Friday 55-I Am A Jolly Blogger

As solid as a logger,
As sweet as a cheery pie,
I am a jolly blogger,
None is happier than I.
I feel cheerful
Since I’m mindful.
Blogging binge is a pleasant sin,
It has nothing to do with pitfall like gin.
Enjoy what you have,
That’s how bliss shall arrive
At your hard drive.

    1. Megzone,

      not that hard,
This one is a long poem, I cut it in half and it works…
there is room or flexibility for poetry writing, you need not to say or tell everything.
      Good luck!
      😉

  6. Here’s my poem of 55 words, just for you dear Jingle :

    I blog my poems
    every day, i
    paste them in
    in a fontfilled
    funfull way.
    I visit Jingle,
    she inspires,
    always active,
    never tires,
    and when I see
    her happiness
    flowing and showing
    then I guess
    its she who
    helps me to go on

  7. I wandered lost for day on day without a cheer
until, at last, a ray of hope, that even mere,
(I will aspire to mere)English as what wrote scribblers,
can see a verse in rhyme like this except for quibblers.

  8. Hi Jingle,
First let me welcome you to my blog. Thanks so much for visiting and leaving a comment. It allowed me to meet you and find your blog.

I think this 55 is great. Blogging can become an obsession, but for me it is not fatal like gin would be. I work at staying balanced in all areas of my life including blogging.

    PG

  9. Hello Jingle,

Happy, indeed. What’s not to be happy about? The sun is shining and the earth is turning in spite of us.

    “As solid as a logger,
    sweet as cherry pie”

    Great metaphor.

Thanks! And thank you for coming to my writing space.

  10. Haha! I loved it and I have to say that I’ve never done a 55 word anything in my life! Every short story I’ve ever written has been long, so this was really hard for me to do, but I finally managed to do it and I was actually astounded that I could do anything that short and have it understood. I will agree with everyone, you are indeed a very jolly blogger. Job well done. Be blessed.
