From Poets To Poets

Hello, Friend, Great News :

First of all, Jingle thinks that U R all so cool on Thursday Poets’ Rally week 4 😉 😉 🙂 by commenting and posting poems. Friday is quiet and silent for most of us, but Now I am ready to share information about this contest I participated and entered this week, if you are a poet and have free time, please check this out and enjoy the FUN.

Good Luck 2 U All!!!

It is time for a new word at David L. Harrison’s Word of the Month Poem Contest. This is what David says about the contest:

“Each month this blog will feature a word of the month to stimulate a poem. Anyone who wishes to share a poem is invited to participate. The point is to enjoy the challenge of writing a poem inspired by a single word. It doesn’t matter if this is your first poem or five hundredth. It’s all done for the fun and exercise of writing”

The word is Road.  Your entry must be posted in the comments by February 22.

  1. hi Ji, I will not be taking part in this lol as I do not have a clue how its played lol, we have football and all sorts, but I wish your entrants fun and you a GREAT weekend xx

  2. I’ve already got one in there; no comments on it yet, though. I really liked yours, though. In everything you do, you remind me how your name is so very appropriate – you bring a joyful sound wherever you go. 🙂

  3. The contest is simple. Write a poem with “road” involved–title and/or theme. Post it in the comments on Harrison’s Adult Word of the Month page. all done. Just check back to see if you have any new comments. People are very encouraging. It’s all in fun.
