Between U And Me

When I don’t know U,

And U don’t know me,

I dreamed about getting in touch with somebody,

That somebody could be anyone, including U.

When U don’t know me,

And I don’t know U,

I pictured in my head for my dreams to come true,

Upon then, life will be upgraded, fresh and anew.

Between U and me,

There are distances, near or far,

Between U ad me,

There are roadblocks keeping us apart.

The path that connects U and me

Is invisible,

The light that guides you to me

Is unreachable,

Until both of us are ready,

We meet with a click of our mouses,

Joy and satisfaction have gone steady,

As we network without leaving our houses.

Hello, How do U do?

What is the most amazing thing that connects U and Me? Describe it using only ONE WORD__________.

Let me know YOUR ideas and thoughts, thank U dearly for the lasting love and light … ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ˜‰

  1. Hey, thanks for the constant support and being 6/7 of my commentsโ€ฆ Appreciated.

And keep up some of those interesting posts youโ€™re sticking up and more importantly kudos on promoting the poetry around.

  2. Communication

This was hard for me. I tried to think of one word that means reaching out to other people who want to interact. Word choices have always been hard for me. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. hi jingle! – here’s an “also” answer to the question:

The most important word must be
the word that connects you and me.
It builds a bridge that leads to us
and when it does there is no fuss,
it happens simply, because, you see,
the word that joins us is UNITY.

With this one word, in heart and soul,
    we – you and I – become a whole
and if we do the same for others
we unify our sisters and brothers.

The most important word must be
the one that brings us harmony
and I hope you will agree
    it all begins with UNITY

.. Deepest best wishes to you for all YOU do
unify others through your wonderful actions
and constant cheerfulness and positive actions.

    1. Hello, John:

Thank U for the award winning poem in the comment,
      I am sure
“unity” is key for our connections and joy to the world…

      winsome WORD. ๐Ÿ˜‰

      1. Hello jingle:
        It’s my very deep pleasure.
I’m very glad you gave all of us the chance to respond to your question … I also want to thank you for the wonderful poem you wrote in the first place… it’s in keeping with who you and what you are… and I’m so glad to be part of the UNITY of all of us and to pay tribute to you for constantly doing all you do to help make this so.

You are so right, dear jingle … ” unity is our key for our connections and joy to the world…

        John ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. US
the word that connects YOU AND ME is US.

You and me makes a WE,
    You and me becomes US,
    Jingle and Shakira are friends,
    Jingle and Shakira loves WORDS,
    like YOU and ME.

Just woke up and it is only 3am and guess what?
    I am thinking
    and I am just dreaming
    in HAIKU!

  5. Good point Shakira! The absence of the ‘us’ means that the voice in the poem will remain just ‘U’… for now.

Topping stuff, especially the impersonal Facebook ‘notification’ style ending. That’s what I got out of it anyway!

  6. Thank you for the comment, and I like this piece. I like how u described the things between u and that other person. It’s very nice and unique. Good job ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Between you and me and these four walls Jingle, I wish for nothing more than what I have, and the enrichment of all other people who are trying to be heard ๐Ÿ™‚ Keep up the amazing work!

  8. “Love”
The one word that connects us is “Love” for Jingle you’ve poured yourself out over & over again here for us and I “Love You” for you are dear to me.
I’m glad I’m back online so that I can continue having fun
with all of my friends. Jingle the day you stopped in on me,who knew how our friendship would grow and I plan on staying in touch because that what friends do. ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€

  9. Hi jingle! I like this poem a lot.
I believe we are all connected by an invisible thread (like what you’ve said in this poem)

we are connected by a “thread”.

    i missed your blog. ๐Ÿ˜‰
